Roast a Chicken for Soup

Roast chicken breast, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Tonight I roasted a chicken. Since I had a lemon leftover, I stuffed it into the cavity which made the bird pretty tasty. Rodney and I each ate about a quarter of the bird. I saved the rest for soup.

As for the broccoli, I didn't want to wait a month to have it again.  This time I simply steamed it until it was super bright and it was deelicious!
