Over the holidays (and since), we've been eating a lot of chicken, pork and beef with a lot of red potatoes. I've been hearing from the peanut gallery that all of this is starting to, uh, shall we say, clog the plumbing.This week I'm making it a point to incorporate a ton more vegetables and have a new granola recipe to try out too.
