New Ingredient: Bek Se Ju, Korean Rice Wine



I was on the hunt for some rice wine. And found it in the alcoholic beverage section of the store. No wonder I couldn't find it the last time I was looking for it. Silly me, I thought it would be in the aisle with rice vinegar -- the idea of drinking the stuff never crossed my mind. How very odd.
