Sausage-Apple Sweet Potatoes reheated

Sausage-Apple Topped Sweet Potato reheated in the oven.

Rodney had the extra link alongside his sweet potato topped with sausage and apple.

This is what they looked like before reheating in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.

FYI, I sliced Rodney's sausage link in half lengthwise to allow more even cooking.  And to check for doneness, I dug around in one of the potatoes, searching for sausage/fruit-potato interface.  At 20 minutes it was lukewarm, but at 30 minutes it was hot.

Reheating in the oven was perfect for this! Everything was heated completely and the edges of the sausage and apples were just slightly crisp. I was a little worried these would come out crappy.  I'm sure reheating in a microwave wouldn't yield such fine results, but that is to be determined.
