Dynamite Bourbon Ribs, Reheated



The remaining Dynamite Bourbon Ribs were brought to room temperature as the oven preheated.  The ribs were reheated in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. While some bits appear to be jerky-chewy, it is all an illusion. The ribs were just as juicy and as satisfying as they were last night.

Man, I love leftovers: nine times out of ten they are just as good or even better than the night before and with only a fraction of the effort!

Dinner tonight: reheated ribs, steamed white rice and kimchi.
