- Potato-crusted Cod with Mustard-Malt Vinegar Sauce, Yukon Gold Potato Fries, steamed carrots
- Pork Loin, glazed carrots, Chopped Romaine Salad with Beets and Apples
- Mojito Grilled Chicken, black bean and tomato salad, roasted new potatoes smothered with chives

That's everything I need to buy to prepare the four meals, which should bring us through the week.
