Food Plan and Grocery List, 020710

Last week worked out well. There was a sudden influx of free avocadoes which meant we had a lot of guacamole frequently, calling for a change-up in the menu. We had a bunch of food leftover so the weekend was easy meal-wise, think tacos, tacos, tacos.

This week I'm going to get to the dishes I didn't do last week, plus there's a new one:
  • Chicken Chilaquiles and Mexican rice
  • Spinach Salad with Warm Maple-Mustard Dressing
  • Shrimp Linguine (an oldie but a goodie)
  • Winter Fruit Salad with Parmesan Puff-Pastry Croutons
  • Oven-Fried Chicken with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes
  • Crispy-Topped Herbed Fish Fillets
  • Seared Autumn Vegetables
  • Some sort of wings (they're taking over my freezer) with yam fries? And roast brussel sprouts?

What I bought:

Costco:

  • tortilla chips: $3.09
