Food Plan and Grocery List, 031410

Putting this list together was like pulling teeth.  In a foul mood today (yesterday and Friday night), I didn't feel like cooking anything, which always makes the idea of grocery shopping worse than swallowing a barium shake for a GI examination.

A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, so I got it done.

This week's line-up, in no particular order:
  • spaghetti with meatballs
  • Vietnamese Chicken in Caramel-Ginger Sauce
  • Country-Style Ribs
    • with either Mashed Sweet Potatoes or Crash Hot Potatoes
    • Quick Braised Carrots with Butter
  • Ginger-Glazed Mahi-Mahi
    • Simmered Brussel Sprouts
    • Roasted Corn
  • Arroz con Pollo (chicken with rice)
    • Sauteed Plantains (Maduros aka Amarillos)
  • Broiled Chicken with Pesto
