I found these Ottogi bread crumbs in one of the cupboards in my kitchen. Panko is Japanese bread crumbs; this is the Korean panko. I'm not sure, but I think it's pretty much the same thing. This bag when squeezing it feels really crunchy.
The ingredients, which I neglected to image, include: wheat flour, yeast, salt, glucose, corn oil.
I'm not sure when I bought this, but looking back through the archives it looks like it was in November 2010.
