Sunflour Telera Rolls
Anticipating that I'd make chicken sandwiches, I picked up a bag of this bread made by Sunflour, a local natural bakery whose stuff I've enjoyed previously, when shopping.
Click the pic if you want to see the nutrition facts up close. And look, the ingredients are wheat flour, water, eggs, sugar, canola oil, yeast, and sea salt.
There's six rolls in the bag; that's plenty for me. The soft rolls are long, wide and sort of flat, which makes it a perfect vessel for sandwiches. I like that it's more flat than tall so my toppings can be evenly distributed and there will be a good bread:fixings ratio in every bite.
SunFlour telera rolls available at The Meat House for $3.99, making each roll about $0.67.
