The last time I made
Across-the-Border Tequila Shrimp accompanied by
Cilantro-Lime Rice, I suddenly realized I might have used parsley instead of cilantro when writing up the post. After having completed a "do-over", I know that wasn't the case. The cilantro just wasn't outstanding.
While the meal was good, don't be surprised if you are disappointed with lack of cilantro. Or lack of tequila, though again, that might've been due to my tequila choice. Overall, worth the repeat!
