Cheesecake Factory Carrot Cake Cheesecake



I was forced to select a dessert when I was at Cheesecake Factory for lunch, even though I was completely full and had half a sandwich to take home.

So, from the list of what has to be 30 different cheesecakes, I chose this one: Craig's Crazy Carrot Cake Cheesecake.


It's true: carrot cake batter cooked inside a cheesecake. Crazy, right? And the slab is thick, worthy of sharing or putting yourself into a sugar coma while morphing an extra ass. There's a pile of frosting and a huge pile of whipped cream. It's insane.

Here's a bite of the cake part with a bit of whipped cream on it.

Certainly could use some milk now. Maybe I'll get some to eat with the remaining two servings later.
