Do you remember the first
creamed corn recipe I tried?
I said this: "my creamed corn experience is limited to the stuff in a can. And I guess
technically that's not truly creamed corn since there's no cream. For many, many
years I thought creamed corn was smashed corn. Oops."
And now I know that I always thought cream
style corn was creamed corn.
This is exactly what I was talkin' about. It's
sugared corn! *facepalm* I hope cream style corn works in the recipe. The can's already open and it's going in.
