I had no idea these were hot dog buns until I read my receipt from The Meat House at home. I thought they were little French loaves or little hoagie buns. Hot dog buns? Wow, these are some prime-time hot dog buns!
Looking all over the packaging, I couldn't find any ingredient statement anywhere. You'll have to contact the guys at OC Baking Company to get that info. Unusually, I'm not gonna sweat it.
