When I was shopping for my groceries, I came across this box of Israeli couscous, quite by accident. I think I looked up after dumping a bunch of bean cans into my cart when I saw it, up there on the top shelf of the pasta or possibly the "ethnic" aisle of Ralph's. It was on sale, so I grabbed it with a specific recipe in mind, not even sure it would be enough for what I'd use it for.
Unfortunately, I failed to record how many ounces this bag of couscous in a box held. What I can tell you is that it turned out to be exactly 1.5 cups of couscous.
$2.29 a box, when on sale at Ralph's.
Update: It's an 8.8 oz or 250 g box.
