Colby Jack Grilled Cheese



Two thick slices of colby jack, one on each slice of lightly buttered SunFlour Nine Grain bread over gentle heat allowed for one ooey, gooey, hot cheesy mess. It was so cheesy that when the sandwich was cut in half, cheese oozed everywhere. I had to let the sandwich stand a few minutes (turning once in a while so the steam would not wet my bread) to be able to bite it without cheese gushing from the back enf of the bread. I loved it.
