This week's line-up is simply Cuban Roast Pork from The Complete Meat Cookbook and will be the first one of many I try. To give some variability, I picked up the items to prepare sandwiches with the pork, the second recipe I try from the book.  I'm also going to do that Snickerdoodle bread, finally.
