Say hello to the newest edition in the place where the magic happens: my aluminum 12x17" half bun pan freshly washed and air-dried! Don't mind the water spots.
I picked it up the other day when I was at Smart & Final for $11.99 + tax. It's more than what I'd paid for any other baking sheet in my life. Usually I get the $3.99 jobs at Ralph's or Meijer or whatever the local grocery store might be. But those $3.99 baking sheets just don't last long, especially if you make the mistake of doing some oven-baked BBQ chicken right on it without an aluminum foil barrier.
It was after that fiasco when I started using the phrase "line your crappiest baking sheet with foil".
