Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage


I was going to make the Number 1 Best Lasagna Recipe tonight, but the stores I hit didn't have sweet Italian sausage. That means dinner tonight is going to be Sausage, Cheese and Basil Lasagna, Take 2.

Last time I made Sausage, Cheese and Basil Lasagna, I used Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage. Thinking the lasagna could use a little more kick, I opted for the hot sausage this time around. We'll see soon how it turns out.

It looks a little bit frozen because it is. After the image was captured, the package was allowed to thaw while the rest of the groceries were put away and working surfaces wiped down.
