I bought this Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce many moons ago, for some recipe long-ago forgotten. As it sat on the shelf, I came across a new recipe which happened to utilize this ingredient.
Digging through the archives, I have no idea when this chili sauce was purchased or why. It's possible that it's old enough to have been purchased before I catalogued my grocery purchases, which makes it pretty freakin' old.
