Food Plan and Grocery List, 090511

Mom was in town for a couple weeks, so cooking around here was at a miminum. Ok, let's clarify that -- cooking was non-existent. This week, I planned on making
  • Pan-Fried Catfish Fingers on Warm Summer Slaw
and while at the store picked up the ingredients to make Chickpea, Sausage and Kale pasta and something with burger. Notice that I didn't get catfish -- Ralph's didn't have any. But Ralph's did have a sale on Aidells's sausages, so I picked up a pack and decided to make some Chickpea, Sausage and Kale Pasta.
