This week, per Yonetta's slight urging, I will be preparing a chicken galantine, as in stuffing a boneless chicken. Anticipating that will be quite a bit of work and time, I'll bake a couple of yams for the side. If I have the gumption to do it, I'll bake an apple pie bread for dessert. Also, as I've been running out of chicken stock, I'm gonna whip out a batch of that brew.
