Beef chuck short ribs were on sale and so I bought three and a half pounds. Tonight's a good a night as any for a redo on the Korean-Braised Short Ribs. Remember I used the wrong cut of beef last time? It was sad, but I'm ready to make up for it.
This time, when I saw the short ribs at Ralph's I knew straight away they were the correct cut for the dish. Like I said, I bought 3.55 lbs or 2 packs.
Beef chuck short ribs, on sale at Ralph's for $3.49/lb; normally priced at 4.29/lb. I saved $0.80 per pound!
