Roasted Garlic and New Potatoes for Breakfast


I had this fantastic idea: pan-fry the leftover Roasted Garlic and Potatoes for breakfast!

I heated too much oil in a cast iron skillet. And then I added the potatoes and all of the garlic to the hot oil. And tried cooking it until it browned.


What happened though was that I had used too much oil and as good as it is for dinner, lots of roasted garlic reheating in oil for breakfast wasn't such a hot idea.

Still, the potatoes were good with the eggs, though they were oily. The garlic? Not so good.
