I used to be able to eat a whole chicken in less than a week without blinking an eye. I'm not sure if it's because of all the burgers I've been eating at lunch or what, but a five-pound bird in a week was a lot.
Offsetting the massive meat quantity of last week, I'm opting for meatless this week and the line-up includes Mexican 7-Layer Salad and Roasted Ratatouille Pasta.
Also, while I can easily put away an entire cake or pie in one week, I wasn't able to polish off the cream cheese bars. With half of them left, I didn't look for a dessert.
