I thought pumpkin puree oatmeal might be good.
To prepared Coach's Oats*, I stirred in a big spoonful of pumpkin puree and respectively smaller quantities of cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves.

*I said once that it looked like 1/3 cup of Coach's Oats topped to 1 cup with water cooked for 2 minutes and 30 seconds on 70% power was the way to go for me. I've since decided that 2 minutes is sufficient time.
It didn't look bad. It didn't taste great. A little much with the spices. And pumpkin puree needs to be sweetened. Period.
