
I admit it. I have always avoided mint. I didn't think I liked it.

Until I bought this and opened it and rinsed it.


And dried it and plucked the leaves from the stems. And recognized it.


Turns out, I'd been eating it regularly in Vietnamese food. Why did I think it would taste like toothpaste and wtf did I think I was eating all those times?
