Fusilli with Grilled Chicken and Vegetables Leftovers


This pasta dish, as in literally this bowl, is one of two leftover from last night's dinner. I sprinkled crushed red pepper over both bowls (each of approximately the same quantity). One I brought to work intended for lunch (but I wound up going out with the guys, so it will be lunch tomorrow) and the second, this one, is my dinner.

Heated in the microwave with the lid loosely covering the bowl for a duration of 3:30 minutes, and stirred once in the middle of reheat time, it came out perfectly.

So really, the recipe made 5 servings (2 for Rodney in one sitting and 3 for me, over three sittings).
