This sad looking burrito half was microwaved a few minutes on 40% power before it was splayed open, revealing lots of chicken chunks, some beans, a quantity of cheese, and pitiful lettuce.
To jazz it up a bit and make it more freshish, I topped it with a garden-fresh tomato (literally recently picked from a garden!) and then some salsa.
This half of the burrito was actually better than the first. While loaded with chicken and cheese, the limp lettuce was a rarity and any rice that was supposed to be in this burrito from the get-go was simply non-existent. Fresh tomato and decent salsa totally saved this mess.
