There's a place down the road in Huntington Beach called Midnight Muncheez. They're open until the wee hours of the morning offering anything from ice cream and toothpaste to pizza and beer. Midnight Muncheez is perfect if you are completely craving a munchy after a night out and are smart enough not to drive while loaded... or are just awake, didn't want to drive to a local 24-hour restaurant, and wanted something to eat.
So I ordered a pizza, the large 14" deluxe, online. And it showed up in this box in about 20 minutes. Like I said, they are right down the road.
Opening the box, I was sort of surprised by the ham. It looked like somewhat decent ham. And as the website said it would, the pie it came with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, sausage, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, and black olives.
See? It doesn't look too bad, does it?

And those decent-toppings-for-a-midnight-muncheez-sort-of-place are sitting on an atrocious crust. It was like cardboard. Worse than Boboli.
Midnight Muncheez Large Deluxe Pizza: $21.73 (15.99 for the pizza, 3.99 for "shipping", 1.75 for tax) plus a few bucks for a toke.
