Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

I wanted to make some gluten-free bread and wasn't sure how to go about it simply. Then I found this bag of Bob's Red Mill gluten free all purpose flour. How convenient!

I noticed on the package that you can replace regular flour with Bob's 1:1 but xanthan gum is recommended for best results. I also noticed that Bob's packages labeled Gluten Free are "batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten free." Hell yeah! Science is a part of this gluten-free business!

And if you're interested and can't read it from the image, the ingredients:
Garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour.

Available at Mother's Market for $6.99 in a 44 oz package.
