I bought this expensive Serrano ham for Cuban sandwiches. I asked for a quarter pound and as usual, I wound up with a half pound. The Meat House must have some sort of a minimum quantity available for purchase.
It's like bacon, but it's not. It's ham. And it's sliced very thinly. It's not salty and tastes of country air.
