Sometimes a recipe calls for plain ol' simple ham. Fortunately there are companies like Jones Dairy Farm that packages ham in little packages like this one. I have an inkling that ham packages like this one are in Every Store in Everytown, so you don't have to drive around all over your city looking for it, like I did for coppa only to find that it's available in another city.
