Normally I get Grand Cru Gruyere, but this time saw some Boar's Head Gruyere when browsing for some baguettes over at the deli section.
It's not imported and doesn't have any claims to having won any awards. The ingredients are simple though and that ranks high in my book.
Another win is that it doesn't have any weird paper under the plastic wrap. You can shred the entire wedge without fear of odd flavors.
