You don't need to break the bank for some decent parmesan cheese.
It's no Parmigiano-Reggiano, but it beats the stuff in a can.
Frigo brand parmesan is available in just about every store I've shopped. The wedge is 5 oz, or about 1.25 cups shredded. And notice how when it is shredded, it's not a pile of granular powder.
