
Have you noticed how some recipes, even those written by people or companies other than Kraft specify Philadelphia Cream Cheese?

I don't sweat those details. Rather I haven't found a reason to yet.

I've used store brands and haven't had any problems. You'll see with the next cheesecake, I'm sure.

Stater Bros. cream cheese, available in 8-oz bricks in the cheese section for $1.49 each. I try to get them when they are on sale but missed it this time.
