At the store, I saw this bag of organic fingerling potatoes at a surprisingly low price.

Have I told you how much I love potatoes? I adore them, they are probably my favorite food immediately after pizza.

When the Spaniards introduced the potato to Italy, it was called tartufola, or little truffle. I might call them that going forward. It is so fitting.

Purity Organic Ruby Cresent Fingerling Potatoes in a 1.5 pound bag at Grower's Direct for $0.99.
