I went out to the store looking for a boneless pork loin roast and came home with this one.
Because I'm trying to be as green as reasonably possible, I asked the girl bagging my goods to just jam everything into my single reusable bag. And so I wound up with a hole in my pork package. That's okay though, it was only open for about 10 minutes while I drove home and the maxi-pad under the pork kept any wayward juices from leaking all over everything else.
Conveniently, the pork roast was already tied so I didn't have to mess around with it like I did this beef.
