It's been nearly three years since I started shredding all of my cheeses, no pre-shredded cheese for me.
I'm quite sure I've shredded mozzarella but there's no proof. Maybe I thought rectangular mozzarella is too boring to image. But round, well, that seems worthy of a few pictures.
The ingredient and nutrition facts it turns out is on an insert within the package. Do they pour the mozzarella into each package and then let it firm up? I'm baffled and am now considering making cheese to find out how this would work.
Of my graters, I rarely use the coarse one but it served me well here.
