Food Plan 100409

Can you believe it's October? Already? Cooler temps make me want to cook and generate some heat up in here.

The line-up this week, in no particular order:

  • Mexican-Style Butterflied Chicken (damn it, I WILL make this!)
    • beans and guacamole
  • Beer-braised Pork with Bacon (a repeat but definite winner)
  • Chicken Cacciatore
  • Salmon with Balsamic Olive Sauce
    • Baby Baked Potato Fans
    • Spinach and Fresh Mushroom Salad
  • Ga Kho, aka Caramelized Chicken or in our house, "Vietnamese Chicken"
    • steamed white rice
    • kimchi
Voila! 5 days of meals to bring us into the weekend when we'll gorge on leftovers and big mid-day breakfasts before making a new plan.
