Italian Marinated Chicken Breasts

Italian Marinated Chicken Breast cooked in a skillet.

I found this simple recipe on allrecipes. There were extra ingredients (salt, pepper and oil) which I believed unnecessary and thus omitted. While I'd planned on making some of these breasts in November, I didn't cook them, but prepped them as follows. Tonight I cooked a couple of these giant breasts as described below.

Italian Marinated Chicken Breasts

Place chicken in individual freezer bags. Cover with salad dressing. Freeze until day of use, thaw completely in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken in skillet 15-20 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Turned after 5 minutes.

Mmm! So tasty! And easy! Another main dish done in less than 30 minutes.

For about $3 total.

We had our chicken with Stove Top Stuffing as well as Lemon and Kalamati Broccoli.
