
Remember those chicken drums I cooked and didn't use? Well, I put those in the fridge for leftovers and whipped them out this afternoon.

I took the chicken off the bones.

After reheating it in hot olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat, I dumped the hot chicken back in the same bowl. Remember, cold chicken isn't raw chicken and I don't have a dishwasher.

Then I got out of the way as Rodney made his tacos with whatever leftover taco fixin's were available.
