Jap Che


Jap Che is a Korean noodle dish complete with vegetables such as carrots and spinach in addition to beef. This Jap Che doesn't look very beefy because it wasn't.

That's what happens when you get take-out Jap Che from the Korean grocery.


I topped the Jap Che with steamed white rice and a pile of kimchi. While not how you'd typically eat Jap Che, it worked for me.


While edible, it just wasn't like Mom's.
