Consistently priced at $2.79 per package, the package comes in at about 1.75 lb, shy by a quarter pound of the quantity I need. It'll work though.
The recipe calls for the potatoes to be cubed. I just cut them into sixths. Each piece has at least one corner, I call that close enough.
