I had cheesecloth posted once before, back in October, right before I made beef stock. Since then I used more when making Bourdain's dark chicken stock.
Well, back then I said that you could buy cheesecloth at the dollar store. Totally true. These four packages are the ones I picked up at 99 Cents Only and guess what! They were about a dollar each. And while you'd think the quantity in each baggy would be less than what you get from a baggy available at Ralph's, it's the same. Same everything but price.
Cheesecloth, available at 99 Cents Only for $0.9999 each. That's exactly what the receipt said, really!
