Roast and Puree a Carving Pumpkin, Take 4



This is the smallest pumpkin of the bunch I brought home.


I roasted it just like the first three.


Now I don't even pay attention to how long the pumpkin is in the oven. I just wait for the pumpkin skin smell to become obnoxious.


And then I wind up with puree.


I didn't image the final quantity of puree I got from this one. I think it was about 4 cups but that seems really low.
